Beyond Physique is a dynamic women activewear brand based in India, dedicated to empowering women with stylish and high-performance activewear.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Instagram & WhatsApp inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain lead tracker
- Conduct basic outreach to micro-influencers and creators
- Assist in customer relationship building and repeat sales
- Create and post 34 meaningful posts/ reels per week. Shoot or coordinate basic product-focused content (try-ons, styling, fit demos, customer feedback, etc.)
- Support offline sales activities, campaigns, exhibitions, pop-ups and events
- Be open to occasional travel for brand activities and on-ground promotions
Qualifications
- No specific educational qualification required. Looking for energetic, proactive, and execution-focused candidates based out of Hyderabad
- Comfortable with Instagram (Reels, Stories, DMs)
- Basic video editing skills
- Good communication skills, self-driven and execution-focused

Stipend
- 5,00010,000 per month (based on skills & output) + performance-based incentives
