Job Summary: InBody India is looking for a detailed-oriented Sales Insights & Systems Specialist to join our Performance team.
In this role, you will work closely with the Performance Manager to support the successful migration and stabilization of our new ERP system. While our external Odoo Partner handles the technical development, and your manager oversees the strategy, you will be the hands-on specialist who ensures the system works smoothly for our sales team.
You will assist in testing the system, guiding sales reps on how to use it, and ensuring data accuracy. Once the system is stable, you will focus on analyzing sales data to help the management team make better decisions. Key Responsibilities (Support & Execution Focus)
1. Odoo Stabilization Support (Working with Manager)
- Partner Communication: Assist the Manager in communicating requirements to the external Odoo Partner and follow up on their progress.
- System Testing (UAT): Conduct detailed testing of the new system features as directed, ensuring they function correctly before the sales team uses them.
- User Support: Act as the first point of contact for sales reps when they face issues, helping them troubleshoot or escalating complex problems to the partner.
2. Data Quality & Migration Assistance
- Data Verification: Check the data migrated from Zoho to Odoo to ensure no information (contacts, deal history) is missing or incorrect.
- Routine Checks: Regularly monitor the system to ensure sales reps are entering data according to the guidelines set by the management
3. Sales Reporting & Analysis
- Report Generation: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports using Odoo and Excel to support the Managing Directors review meetings.
- Data analysis & Visualization in Dashboard : Assist the management team by pulling specific data sets when needed for strategy planning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or CRM management. (Candidates with experience in ERP implementation or migration projects are preferred).
Technical Skills
- Odoo & CRM Familiarity: Experience using Odoo (Sales, CRM, Invoicing modules) is a strong plus. If not Odoo, familiarity with other CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho) and a strong aptitude for learning new systems quickly is required.
- Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are a must (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting). You should be comfortable managing large datasets without errors.
- Data Logic: Basic understanding of how databases work (e.g., understanding fields, data types, and relations between contacts and deals).
Soft Skills & Attitude
- Open-Minded & Eager to Learn: We are looking for someone who is not afraid of change. You should be eager to participate in the Odoo development process and learn how to configure systems to fit business needs.
- Attention to Detail: Since you will be verifying migrated data, you must be meticulous and able to spot inconsistencies that others might miss.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with the management team and report issues clearly.
- Proactive Team Player: You are someone who supports the manager by flagging potential issues early and suggesting practical solutions.
