Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of telecom prospects, accounts, and sales opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Own the end-to-end telecom sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain a robust telecom sales pipeline, with strong understanding of sales velocity, forecasting, and revenue targets.
  • Drive new revenue through consultative selling of telecom solutions and services, including network services, connectivity, managed services, and digital telecom solutions.
  • Understand customer business requirements and develop strategic account plans aligned to telecom transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the telecom domain, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales Leadership, Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Legal, and Partnerships to create winning proposals and solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers by delivering value-driven telecom solutions and building long-term, sustainable client relationships.
  • Establish and expand relationships with senior decision-makers and key influencers within target organizations.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and follow-up engagement.
  • Ensure disciplined execution at each phase of the telecom sales process, from pipeline creation to deal closure.


Required Candidate Profile

  • 710 years of experience in Telecom Software Solutions or Telecom Services Sales.
  • Proven track record in consultative selling, strategic account management, and new revenue generation in the telecom domain.
  • Strong background in sales consulting with demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced telecom sales environment.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones / India night shift.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
