Job Description

Role - Sales Hunter/ New Logo Acquisition Leader - US Market

Location - Bangalore

Work mode - Work from Office

Role Requirements:

  • Responsible for growing business for GCC. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for engineering product portfolios.
  • Responsible for Quarterly & Yearly Revenue and Margin for the Territory and Product/ Solutions Portfolio.
  • Exposure to PLM or MES solution sales and exposure to Industry 4.0.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across sectors.
  • The candidate must be able to build deep and lasting CXO relationships.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Must have handled a portfolio of at least USD 5M.
  • Strong technical understanding of product engineering services and IOT concepts.
  • General knowledge of IoT across devices, sensors, data science and different platform offerings.
  • Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in engineering and/or MBA is a must
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in selling Engineering and Digital services across verticals like Hi-Tech/Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Life-Sciences, Retail/CPG, etc
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Must have handled a portfolio of at least USD 5M.
