Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead the residential real estate sales function. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in driving sales strategy, managing large sales teams, and achieving revenue targets for residential real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and pre-sales teams to drive performance.
- Oversee lead generation, site visits, customer engagement, and deal closures.
- Ensure strong conversion rates and sales pipeline management.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management teams to align sales initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
- Drive customer relationship management and post-sales coordination.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong lead conversion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
