Role Overview
Docterz Health Tech is hiring a high-performance Sales Head to aggressively scale our inside
sales operations. This role is for a leader who thrives on targets, conversions, and revenue
ownership, and who can build disciplined, demo-driven sales teams in a fast-growing
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of revenue growth and sales performance
Build, execute, and optimize sales strategies and execution plans
Who has experience leading and managing 100+ member inside sales teams
across multiple channels
Drive excellence across the demo-based sales funnel (lead demo closure)
Set aggressive targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
Create and enforce sales SOPs, scripts, objection-handling, and closing playbooks
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics, pipelines, and forecasts
Improve lead utilization, demo quality, and closing ratios
Work closely with Marketing to maximize lead quality and ROI
Hire, train, and continuously upgrade high-performing sales talent
Run daily reviews, call audits, coaching sessions, and performance check-ins
Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales outcomes.
Drive strict CRM discipline, automation, and reporting
Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence
Required Skills & Experience
6-8 years of experience in Inside Sales Leadership
Proven track record of scaling revenue and managing large teams (50+ members)
Strong hands-on experience in demo-led / consultative sales
Deep understanding of inside sales funnels, KPIs, and conversion optimization
Highly data-driven with strong command over CRM tools and dashboards
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform and deliver under high-pressure, target-driven environments
Industry Preference
EdTech industry experience strongly preferred
Experience in SaaS / product-based companies is a plus
