We are seeking an accomplished Head of Sales to lead our IT staffing division and enhance our sales performance.


Position Overview:


We are looking for a results-oriented Head of Sales with a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT sales, including proven success in handling high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have experience managing sales with a minimum ticket size of 50 lakh per month and will excel in presentation and communication. This role requires exceptional leadership to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and guide the sales team effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals and expand our IT staffing services.


Team Leadership:


Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team. Set clear objectives and guides to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets.


Client Engagement:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients. Utilize advanced communication skills to understand their needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.


Presentation Excellence: Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the value of our services and differentiating SheWork.in from competitors.


- **High-Value Sales Management: Manage and grow sales accounts with a ticket size of 50 lakh per month. Demonstrate a successful track record in handling large-scale deals and high-value contracts.


- **Market Insight:-

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.


- **Sales Operations:** Oversee sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting. Ensure best practices and efficient processes are followed.


- **Collaboration:** Work closely with recruitment, marketing, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.


**Qualifications:**


- **Experience:** Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of managing high-value deals and achieving sales targets. Experience with a ticket size of 50 lakh per month is required.


- **Skills:** Exceptional presentation and communication skills. Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.


- **Knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of the IT staffing industry, including market trends and client needs.


- **Education:** Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.


- **Tech-Savvy:** Proficiency in CRM software, sales tools, and data analysis/reporting.
