Sales Head / Sales Manager Individual Tax Filing (US Market)



Location:

On site EST working hours. Work will be Monday to Saturday with one comp off in week days.


Role Overview

A1 AccounTax LLC is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Leader to build, manage, and scale a high-performance sales team focused on individual tax filing services for the


U.S. market .

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in cold calling, inside sales, and team building , and who understands how to convert outbound leads into paying customers for professional services.

You will be responsible not only for your own sales targets, but also for recruiting, training, and managing a sales team that consistently delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a sales team focused on individual tax return filings (Form 1040 and related services)
  • Design and execute cold-calling and outbound sales strategies targeting individual taxpayers
  • Hire, train, and mentor sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Set clear KPIs for call volumes, conversions, revenue, and quality
  • Work closely with tax preparers and operations teams to ensure smooth handoff and client experience
  • Create and improve sales scripts, objection handling frameworks, and follow-up processes
  • Monitor performance, conduct regular reviews, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. data privacy and consumer communication standards
  • Provide regular reporting on pipeline, conversions, and revenue to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales / outbound sales , preferably in tax, accounting, financial services, or professional services
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of cold-calling based sales models
  • Experience selling services to U.S. customers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to scale operations from the ground up

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in tax filing, accounting, CPA firms, or financial services sales
  • Experience managing SDR or telesales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools
  • Experience working with offshore sales teams supporting U.S. clients
