About the Role

The role involves leading and growing the Color Coated Roofing Sheet business in West Bengal by developing dealer/distributor networks and ensuring strong market penetration in industrial, infrastructure, and roofing segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute state-level sales strategy for Color Coated Roofing Sheets.
• Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, dealers, and stockiest across West Bengal.
• Drive sales through projects, contractors, fabricators, EPC players, and OEMs.
• Coordinate with marketing team for branding, promotions, and product launches.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume, value, and market share).
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer feedback.
• Ensure credit control, collections, and distributor profitability.
• Work closely with supply chain for timely dispatch and order fulfillment.
• Train channel partners and sales team on product features and applications.

Qualifications

Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred).

Required Skills

• 1015 years of experience in roofing sheets / steel products.
• Strong understanding of West Bengal market dynamics.
• Proven experience in dealer network expansion sales.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in roofing sheet or structural steel products.
