Sales Head Products (IT Products & Solutions)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Experience: 1215 years (IT Products / System Integration / OEM-led sales)
Reporting to: VP Marketing & Sales
Compensation: Fixed + Performance-linked (details discussed with shortlisted candidates)

Alongside our services business, we have a strong product-led revenue stream, delivering enterprise IT products and solutions through leading OEMs and distributors. Our focus is on building a predictable, margin-protected, and scalable product sales engine, not opportunistic or discount-driven transactions.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Head Products to build, own, and scale the product-led revenue and profit engine at Danush.
This role combines:
- Hands-on selling for strategic and high-value product deals, and
- Sales leadership to build discipline, predictability, and margin protection across the product sales function.
The role works closely with Marketing, OEMs, Operations, and Finance to ensure what is sold can be fulfilled cleanly and profitably.
Individual & Strategic Product Sales
- Personally originate, pursue, and close strategic or complex product deals
- Handle senior customer engagement, complex commercials, and OEM coordination
- Own outcomes for all personally handled deals from qualified opportunity to order closure
Product Revenue & Profit Ownership
- Own total product revenue and gross margin performance
- Enforce pricing discipline, discount governance, and margin protection
- Build a predictable, repeatable product sales pipeline
GTM & Funnel Discipline (Products)
- Drive disciplined qualification from Q-MQL to SQL
- Convert inbound, outbound, and BDM-sourced demand into profitable orders
- Work closely with Marketing to refine ICPs and product GTM focus
Commercial & Fulfilment Alignment
- Ensure correct product selection, configuration, and commercial assumptions
- Validate OEM availability, lead times, and fulfilment readiness before closure
- Retain sales ownership until Operations formally accepts handover
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Hire, onboard, and develop BDM Products
- Coach consultative, margin-aware selling
- Strengthen execution for standard deals while continuing to focus on strategic opportunities
You should apply if you have

- Proven track record in selling servers, networking, infrastructure, or enterprise IT products
- Experience working closely with OEMs and distributors
- Strong understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial governance
- Proven ability to close strategic and high-value product deals
- Experience building and leading product-focused sales teams
