Position Overview
The Company invites applications for the role of Sales Head India. This Mumbai-based office position is a senior leadership opportunity for highly experienced professionals in industrial B2B sales. The ideal candidate will drive national sales and new business development strategy for all brands and oversee a dynamic team to ensure robust growth across multiple distribution channels.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve national targets and drive business growth.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team of 15+ professionals, establishing clear objectives and performance benchmarks.
- Manage and expand the companys distribution network pan-India, ensuring effective channel partner engagement and performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Working closely with the Business Development Team to launch new products.
- Travel across India for customer, distributor, trade shows and other sales and marketing related activities
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 15 years proven experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably within, coatings or allied sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of leadership managing a sales team of 10 or more professionals.
- Extensive experience in handling multiple distribution channels at a national scale.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work full-time from the Mumbai office.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement Bachelors Degree
- MBA / Masters in Marketing, business etc. preferred
- No technical education needed, but keen understanding of technical sales required
