We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Director/Head/Managers Real Estate to lead and scale our sales operations across residentialprojects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-performance sales teams, and as well strengthening channel partner networks to achieve ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end sales strategy across projects
Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets
Manage and mentor Sales Managers and sales teams
Build and strengthen channel partner and broker networks
Coordinate with Marketing for campaigns, site visits, and launches
Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
1520+ years of experience in real estate sales
10 years in a senior leadership role (Director level)
Strong exposure to residentialproject sales
Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong channel partner network in the local market
