Hiring Business Development Manager | Industrial Automation Projects
European MNC industrial automation solutions company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales of automation and robotics projects across manufacturing industries.
Location: Bangalore (preferred) / Pune
Compensation: 2530 LPA
Experience: 616 years in Industrial automation project sales PAN India and open to travel
Role Overview
This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts for automation projects and special purpose automation solutions.
You will work closely with manufacturing clients, plant heads, and project teams to identify opportunities and deliver automation solutions.
Ideal Candidate Background
Professionals currently selling or having sold solutions such as:
Robotics and robotic integration solutions
Factory / industrial automation systems
Special Purpose Machines (SPM)
Robot grippers / end-of-arm tooling
PLC / SCADA / motion control automation
Machine vision / inspection automation
Material handling automation
Automated assembly lines
Experience in B2B solution sales to manufacturing companies is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new automation project opportunities
Engage with CXOs, plant heads, and project teams
Conduct technical presentations and solution discussions
Manage the complete sales cycle lead generation to project closure
Collaborate with engineering teams for solution development and execution
