B2B SaaS | HR Tech Enterprise Sales | Build-from-Scratch Role
Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Delhi NCR (preferred)
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to build and own the India revenue engine for a next-generation, product-first B2B SaaS platform in the HR / Enterprise Technology space.
The company has achieved productmarket validation and is now entering a focused scale-up phase with real enterprise customers, real buying problems, and real momentum. Youll work closely with the founder and product leadership to define how the company sellstoday and at scale.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a builder role for someone who thrives on ownership, outcomes, and impact.
What Youll Do (Your First 1218 Months)
- Own the India revenue number end-to-end.
- Build and close a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise customers .
- Personally lead complex, consultative sales cycles from first conversation to close.
- Design and refine the India go-to-market strategy , including ICPs, buyer personas, and sales motions.
- Run structured discovery conversations focused on real customer pain and business outcomes.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes across HR, Business, and Tech.
- Partner closely with Product and Marketing to sharpen positioning and messaging.
- Create a repeatable sales playbook that can scale into a future team.
- Build long-term customer relationships that foster trust, renewals, and referrals.
Who This Role Is For
Youre likely a strong fit if you:
- Have successfully closed large, consultative B2B SaaS or enterprise software deals .
- Are comfortable selling into HR leaders, CHROs, and senior business stakeholders .
- Have experience working in startup or scale-up environments where structure is still being built.
- Enjoy being hands-on and accountablestrategy and execution.
- Have a strong network or credibility within the Indian HR / Enterprise ecosystem .
- Are motivated by building something meaningful , not by titles alone.
