Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Head to drive and scale our global B2B sales function.


This role is ideal for someone who can personally own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to deal closure while helping build a scalable sales engine.


You will work closely with leadership and marketing teams to convert pipeline into revenue and drive growth across international markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
  • Drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into customers
  • Conduct product demos, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations
  • Build and maintain a strong global sales pipeline
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead conversion and pipeline quality
  • Help define and refine sales strategy, processes, and forecasting


What We Are Looking For:

  • 812 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals
  • Strong experience handling demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on growth-stage environment
  • Exposure to global markets (MEA / APAC / US / Europe) is a plus
  • Experience in enterprise software, SaaS solutions or travel technology is preferred
