Job Description

Position Summary


  • Lead and drive Pan India business through a team of sales managers and sales partners.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets by guiding, monitoring, and motivating the team.
  • Strengthen sales partner networks and expand business presence across regions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve Pan India business targets.
  • Allocate targets to team members and sales partners; develop and monitor sales plans.
  • Guide the team in identifying new cities/regions for appointing and expanding sales partners.
  • Support the team in onboarding, managing, and nurturing strong partner relationships.
  • Ensure effective coordination between sales teams and internal support/service resources to deliver customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Drive compliance with partner agreements and promote adoption of company programs.
  • Empower the team to proactively assess partner needs, validate opportunities, and convert leads into business.
  • Monitor market trends and guide the team to pursue new accounts and sales opportunities.


Required Experience


  • Strong knowledge of Pan India market with proven success in sales of security products.
  • 1215 years experience in leading sales teams and driving results through partners.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (oral & written English), and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and market-aware professional.
  • Personality: Mature, team-oriented, and skilled at building and motivating high-performing teams.
