The Opportunity

As the Homes Acquisition Sales lead , you will be the face of Da Alohas in Uttarakhand. You will lead the charge in building a high-quality portfolio of villas, cottages, apartments, and boutique stays. This is not a desk job. It is a high-ownership, high-visibility role where your performance directly shapes the companys footprint and growth in the region. Think of this role as a mix of real estate deal-making, hospitality sales, and market-building .


What You Will Own

Build the Uttarakhand Portfolio

  • Identify and onboard premium vacation homes suited for short-term rentals
  • Develop a strong on-ground pipeline through brokers, developers, homeowners, referrals, and local intelligence
  • Personally visit properties and evaluate them against Da Alohas quality and revenue benchmarks

Win Homeowners Trust

  • Pitch Da Alohas end-to-end vacation rental, pricing, and revenue optimization model
  • Clearly explain earning potential, seasonality, and operational advantages
  • Structure and close deals across revenue share, fixed lease, or hybrid commercial models

End-to-End Onboarding Leadership

  • Own the onboarding journey from handshake to go-live
  • Coordinate with internal teams for photography, pricing, listings, and operations
  • Ensure all agreements, documentation, and compliance are completed smoothly

Be the Market Expert

  • Track local rental trends, ADRs, occupancies, and competition
  • Feed real-time insights to leadership to sharpen acquisition and pricing strategy

Build Long-Term Relationships

  • Create strong relationships with homeowners, brokers, and local ecosystem players
  • Ensure a strong first impression and satisfaction during the initial months of onboarding


Who Were Looking For

Background

  • MBA / BBA / Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality, or similar fields
  • 15 years of experience in real estate sales, property acquisition, hospitality sales, or business development
  • High-potential freshers with strong sales instinct and deep local knowledge are welcome

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Confident negotiator who enjoys closing deals
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (local language is a plus)
  • Comfortable with field work, travel, and meeting owners face-to-face
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, target-driven, and highly accountable
  • Familiarity with Airbnb, vacation rentals, or hospitality is a strong advantage
