Job Description

Vishakha Group is a growing group , and we need someone to be the right-hand person for our Business Head & CEO. We're searching for a Sales Head (Renewable Business) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The Sales Head for the Renewable Business will be responsible for driving the overall sales strategy, growth, and development of the companys renewable Product (Currently Solar Glass, Aluminum Frame & Encapsulant Sheets-EVA ). This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the renewable energy market, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships. The Sales Head will oversee a team of sales professionals and work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to expand market share, increase revenue, and achieve sustainable growth in the renewable sector.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategic & Planning:

1. Developing the Sales, marketing strategy and budgets in line with the business Objectives. 2. Develop Project & Credit Policies in line with Business Needs. 3. Executing marketing and growth strategy across PAN India & International Market. 4. Managing marketing initiatives across all lead generation channels - digital marketing, referrals 5. Prepare & Execute the monthly & Yearly sales plan developed with each business vertical. 6. Suggest & Implement the monthly pricing for each business vertical. 7. Identify and analyze market trends and opportunities. 8. Set and track sales targets and KPIs/KRAs vs. budget. 9. Execute sales plans to increase margins.

  • Sales Execution & Reporting:

1. Channel Management of B2B Sales in the Renewable Business. 2. Develop and inspire the sales team to achieve results & Targets & have Personal Growth 3. Manage the sales pipeline and ensure efficient sales processes. 4. Conduct performance reviews and provide development opportunities. 5. Ensure there no bed debits and timely collections. 6. Communicating Effectively with Seniors and Peers.

  • Business Development:

1. Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies 2. Identify new business opportunities and lead the team in securing new clients or contracts.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

1. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery. 2. Address and resolve client issues, ensuring long-term business relationships. 3. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts to drive additional revenue streams.

  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

1. Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes within the renewable energy sector and report internally. 2. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to adjust the sales approach. 3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand positioning and competitive advantage in the renewable energy market.

  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:

1. Work closely with the operations, finance, legal, and business 2. To drive awareness of the company's renewable energy offerings through events, campaigns, and digital channels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with MBA (Marketing) preferred.
  • Should Possess Good Leadership Skills.

Relevant Experience:

  • 18+ years of experience in B2B Sales& Channel Management.
  • 8+ Years of experience leading the Team.
