About Crivey UGC


Crivey is a UGC marketplace where brands gethigh-converting ad creatives from top creators.

We work with D2C brands across India & the US and help them scale throughperformance-first content via Crivey Portal .


Now we need akiller closer + relationship builder to own revenue.


Role Overview


You will own theentire sales lifecycle :

Inbound Lead Conversion Onboarding Retention Upsell

This is arevenue role , not a support role.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Closing deals
  • Managing brand relationships
  • Reducing churn
  • Growing account value


What Youll Do


Inbound Sales (Primary)
  • Handle all inbound leads from ads & organic
  • Qualify brands (budget, intent, fit)
  • Pitch Crivey UGC solutions
  • Close brands on monthly or campaign packages
  • Follow up aggressively but professionally


Account Management & Retention
  • Onboard new brands smoothly
  • Runweekly performance & feedback calls
  • Understand brand goals and scale their UGC output
  • Ensure creator delivery & satisfaction
  • Reduce churn and increase LTV


Revenue Growth
  • Upsell additional creatives, creators & packages
  • Identify expansion opportunities inside accounts
  • Turn happy clients into long-term partners


Process & Discipline
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (lead status, follow-ups, deal stages)
  • Track conversion rate, close rate, churn
  • Share weekly sales & retention reports
  • Build scalable sales SOPs


What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiable)


  • Strong experience inB2B sales / account management
  • Comfortable withclosing inbound leads
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Experience handlingbrands or agencies is a big plus
  • Obsession with follow-ups and relationship building
  • Strong ownership mindset revenue is your responsibility
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
