Job Title: Senior Manager/AGM/DGM Sales (Formulations)


Region: South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia


Job Location - Ahmedabad


About the Role


To lead and expand the formulations business across South Africa and key Southern African markets, focusing on distributor development, tender/institutional sales, and sustainable market growth.


Responsibilities


  • Sales & Market Expansion
  • Drive sales growth and achieve annual targets for formulations in assigned markets.
  • Develop and manage distributors across South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, and Namibia.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand product reach.


  • Tender & Key Account Management
  • Handle government, institutional, and private tenders.
  • Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
  • Strengthen relationships with key customers and channel partners.


  • Strategic & Cross-functional Coordination
  • Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth registrations and launches.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and portfolio recommendations.


  • Planning & Reporting
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and annual business plans.
  • Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections.
