Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Fashion Consultant, based in Delhi, India. The Sales Fashion Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, providing expert fashion advice, fostering excellent customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer preferences, maintaining a high standard of store appearance, ensuring product knowledge, and promoting the brand's philosophy to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of products and expertise in fashion consulting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills to provide a high-quality shopping experience
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Adaptability, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn about the latest fashion trends
• Prior experience as a sales consultant or in the fashion industry is a plus
• A diploma or degree in Fashion, Retail, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
