Key Responsibilitie s:
- Manage the complete sales life cycle from the first client inquiry to post-sale follow-ups and closure.
- Engage and convert leads shared by the digital marketing team through effective communication, relationship management, and product understanding.
- Initiate communication with potential buyers through welcome messages, emails, and calls to establish trust and rapport.
- Conduct site visits with clients, ensuring a premium experience throughout their journey.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting the projects key features, location benefits, and luxury appeal.
- Maintain and update all client interactions, visit logs, and follow-ups in CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Handle continuous follow-ups, manage client queries, and close deals within expected timelines.
- Coordinate internally with CRM, Finance, and Management teams to ensure smooth post-booking processes.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing lead status, client engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with HNI clients to generate referrals and long-term engagement.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 02 years in real estate or high-value sales (Luxury property sales preferred).
- Must have CRM handling experience (lead management, follow-up, and reporting).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage high-ticket sales conversations confidently.
- Good proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Willing to work on weekends and flexible for client schedules (week off on Tuesday).
- Must have own transportation (transport allowance provided for site visits).
