Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales while ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads for residential projects
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to potential buyers
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales
• Maintain customer relationships and provide timely updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead management

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets
• Immediate joiners preferred
