Were looking for Sales Executives and Sales Assistants to join our industrial sales team at Link Engineers!

Link Engineers is a 60+ year old engineering and consulting firm serving the pulp & paper, packaging, and fiber molding industries. Over the years, we have partnered with leading international manufacturers, supporting their entry and growth in the Indian market through technical representation, consulting, and capital equipment solutions.
Today, the Link Engineers brand is being actively rebuilt and strengthened through renewed global partnerships and a lean, execution-focused operating model. We are now building a hands-on sales team to support our business development efforts across India.
Role Overview:
This is an execution-focused, field sales role suited for professionals who are comfortable working in an evolving setup and want to grow with a rebuilding organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit paper mills and corporate offices to promote products and services of capital equipment.
- Identify enquiries and follow up on potential business opportunities.
- Support senior management in sales coordination, reporting, and follow-ups.
- Execute planned client visit schedules and maintain customer relationships.
- Work towards assigned sales targets.
Eligibility & Profile
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related fields.
- 35 years preferred (strong 13 year profiles may also be considered)
- Exposure to B2B / industrial / technical sales is an advantage.
- Comfortable with travel and direct client interaction.
- Strong communication skills (English required).
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing follow-ups, planning, and reporting.
- Candidates without an engineering background but with strong sales aptitude are welcome.
