Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and target potential customers and generate leads.
Conduct sales presentations, and product demonstrations, negotiate and close deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues or complaints.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements :
2+ Years of experience
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work in an event industry
Enthuse and always ready to take on new challenges
Can manage client relationships
