We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong emphasis on showcasing properties through site visits. You will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
- Connect with prospective clients, understand their property requirements (budget, location, type).
- Conduct site visits, effectively explaining project features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with potential buyers to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong understanding of the local Panchkula real estate market (beneficial).
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings.
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools.
- Any Graduate degree.
