We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, with a strong emphasis on showcasing properties through site visits. You will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Connect with prospective clients, understand their property requirements (budget, location, type).
  • Conduct site visits, effectively explaining project features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
  • Follow up with potential buyers to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Strong understanding of the local Panchkula real estate market (beneficial).
  • Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings.
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools.
  • Any Graduate degree.
