Sales Executive-Hospitality

Job Summary:

We're looking for a Venue Booking Expert. You'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing venues for corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings within our banquet facilities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage bookings and reservations for our banquet facilities

- Coordinate with internal teams (catering, events, marketing) to ensure seamless event execution

- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients

- Ensure venues are prepared and equipped for events

- Handle client communication and queries

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in venue booking or event planning

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

- Experience with banquet or event management software

- Knowledge of food and beverage services
