Role Overview
We are looking for a junior, target-driven sales professional to drive revenue through lead generation, outbound sales, and client outreach. This is a pure individual contributor role focused on acquiring new clients, pitching brand solutions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and referrals
- Proactively reach out to marketing managers, brand teams, founders, and business leaders
- Build, manage, and consistently update a strong sales pipeline
- Pitch media, content, video, and event-based brand solutions to prospects
- Schedule and conduct introductory sales calls and meetings
- Understand client requirements and suggest relevant brand solutions
- Prepare basic sales proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up documents
- Drive deal closures and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate internally for smooth handover after deal closure
- Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and reports
What Were Looking For
- 24 years of experience in B2B sales, media sales, or marketing solutions
- Strong experience in lead generation and outbound sales
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence in cold outreach and client conversations
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
