Job Title: Field Sales Executive Apparel (B2B)

Experience: 03 Years

Salary: Fixed 9k- 12K(Probation) + 10% Commision on total bill generated. Salary will be increased drastically if good amount of sales are generated.

Zroque is a growing mens apparel brand focused on high-quality shirts and T-shirts. We procure premium fabrics, manufacture in-house, and supply directly to retail shops across Mumbai.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive who will visit retail garment shops across Mumbai and onboard them as wholesale partners.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail clothing stores daily

Introduce Zroque brand and products

Pitch our fabric quality, pricing, and margins

Convert shops into bulk buyers

Collect orders and coordinate dispatch

Maintain relationships for repeat orders

Compensation Structure

Fixed Salary 9K-12K (based on experience)

10% Commision on every total Bill generated by different stores

Additional performance-based bonuses

Travel allowance (if applicable)

Requirements

Good communication skills

Confidence in face-to-face selling

Basic understanding of garment market preferred

Self-driven and target-oriented

Mumbai market knowledge is a plus
