It provides tools for period tracking, pregnancy, postpartum care, and mental wellness, aiming to empower users with confidence and discretion. Zhians is currently in its pre-launch phase and invites users to join a waitlist for early access. This innovative approach reflects the growing trend of digital health solutions tailored to diverse needs.


Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Sales Executive based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, understanding the platforms offerings, and communicating value propositions effectively. Additionally, they will assist in executing sales strategies, maintaining records of client interactions, collaborating with team members to meet targets, and gathering feedback to improve processes. You'll own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals. You'll represent SmokeGun and other Zhians client projects to potential business partners, distributors, and enterprise buyers.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect B2B leads through LinkedIn, cold calls, email campaigns, and networking
  • Pitch Zhians client offerings to relevant decision-makers
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for pitch collateral
  • Provide weekly sales reports and market feedback


Who We're Looking For

  • 13 years of B2B sales experience (agency, SaaS, FMCG, or product sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, English & Tamil fluency preferred
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus
  • Based in Chennai or willing to relocate immediately
