Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive who can expand our network across Bengaluru. The role involves building strong relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, coaches, academies, and other sports & fitness institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet doctors, coaches, sports academies, and fitness professionals for collaboration and service partnerships.
• Promote YOS services and programs to generate leads and new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets.
• Maintain clear records of client meetings, leads, and activity reports.
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving license.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting daily outreach targets.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or client relationship roles (healthcare or sports industry preferred).
• Bachelors degree in Business in Marketing/Sports Management.
• Knowledge or interest in sports, fitness, or physiotherapy services.
