Job Description
Sales Manager – 811 Digital
Job Role:
- Manage and lead a team of 12-14 Field Sales executives
- Generate and convert prospects on income products
- Coach and Build them on regular basis by accompanying them on field
- Bring more conversion and efficiency in the system
- Generate referral business and penetrate more into the existing customer base
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of Sales experience with 2-3 years of Team handling experience
- Good Communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge and ability to perform non-complex data analysis
- Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like salesforce, CRM next
- IRDA / AMFI certification
