Role Description

Web Ways is expanding its sales team! We are looking for highly driven Sales / Business Development Executives who can generate business from day one and contribute to revenue growth immediately. This role is ideal for professionals with an existing client network and prior experience in selling website design, development, or digital solutions. If you need leads handed to you, this role is NOT for you. If you can bring business from Day 1, we want to talk. Web Ways is looking for high-performance Sales / Business Development Executives who already have a strong client network and can immediately start generating revenue. We do NOT operate in ultra-low-budget segments. We sell professionally priced Corporate & E-commerce website packages and we expect you to confidently sell value.


What You Must Bring

  • Proven experience selling website / digital solutions
  • Your own active client base (Pocket Clients)
  • Confidence in selling moderately priced website packages
  • Strong closing ability
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Hunger for targets and commissions
  • Zero dependency mindset
  • Prior experience in the digital services or web solutions industry is an added advantage
