Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Sales Executive specializing in water purifiers. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential customers, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and conducting product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. Responsibilities also include negotiating and closing sales, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for improved strategies. Regular collaboration with team members to optimize sales processes and resolve customer inquiries is expected.

Role Objective:
Drive residential and institutional sales of water purifiers and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field sales in assigned territory
- Conduct society activations & product demos
- Handle B2C & small B2B enquiries
- Develop plumber/dealer referral network
- Follow up on leads generated from digital platforms
- Maintain daily sales reporting
- Achieve revenue & collection targets
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 24 years experience in water purifiers / home appliances / direct sales
- Strong convincing ability
- Comfortable with field work &weekendcampaigns
- Basic CRM usage knowledge
Compensation Range:
- 2.2 LPA 3.8 LPA (Fixed)
- Attractive incentive structure
- Petrol allowance
(Top performers may earn 4.55 LPA including incentives)
