Job Title: Sales Executive (International Sales)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a confidentsales closerto handle inquiries, especially from international clients and Fiverr leads. Your main focus will be toconvert warm leads into orders, conduct meetings when required, and create clear handover reports for the day team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Closing
• Respond to new inquiries and messages (primarily on Fiverr).
• Understand client requirements and confidently pitch our services.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within given guidelines.
• Act as acloser move conversations towards a clear yes/no and avoid unnecessary delays.
• Client Meetings
• Schedule and join client meetings (Zoom/Google Meet/Fiverr calls) if needed.
• Present our services clearly and professionally.
• Take quick notes during/after meetings and update the internal records.
• Reporting & Handover
• Maintainproper chat logs, notes, and statusof each lead.
• Prepare a simpleend-of-shift reportso the day team can easily:
• See which chats are pending
• Understand what was discussed
• Know what the next actions are
• Update trackers/Google Sheets/CRM (if used) with new leads and follow-up dates.
• General
• Maintain professional, polite communication at all times.
• Follow existing templates and guidelines for replies, offers, and follow-ups.
• Share feedback from clients that can help improve our services and sales process.

Requirements

• 25 years of experience insales / customer communication / closing, preferably with international clients.
• Strongwritten and spoken English.
• Comfortable working innight shift (6 PM 3 AM IST).
• Confident personality with a clear focus onconversions and closing.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphics.
