Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Fresher) to promote and expand our Motion Controller and Industrial Robotics product portfolio. The role involves field travel, cold calling, lead generation, and customer relationship building within industrial and automation sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in technical sales and industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote motion controllers, robotics solutions, and related automation products to prospective customers.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, field visits, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and basic technical explanations to customers.
- Visit industrial clients, OEMs, system integrators, and manufacturing companies.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to propose suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle basic customer queries and follow up on quotations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients.
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, or related field preferably with a BBA/MBA in Marketing but not mandatory.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/technical experience.
- Exposure or Internship in sales will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of industrial automation is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and willingness to do field sales
- Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn automation products.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
