Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Bangalore (Hennur). The Sales Executive will be responsible for building relationships with prospective and current clients, generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting site tours, and meeting sales targets. The role involves promoting the gyms services, memberships, and programs to meet the needs of customers, handling client inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and strengthen the brands presence in the locality.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver excellent customer service
• Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and surpass sales targets
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and follow up with leads
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office applications, and basic technical skills for managing sales processes
• Passion for fitness, a proactive attitude, and knowledge of gym industry offerings are a plus
