Role Overview:-
We are seeking a motivated Sourcing Manager to build and manage a network of channel partners, brokers, and direct customers for our NA plot projects, bungalows & residential projects. The role involves sourcing leads, promoting projects, arranging site visits, and ensuring smooth conversions.
Key Responsibilities:-
Source & develop a network of channel partners and brokers.
Generate leads through field activity, referrals & networking.
Promote projects (West Wood Hills, Riviera, Eden Farms, Harshal Shrishti, My Homes).
Organize & follow up on site visits.
Ensure accurate project info is shared with prospects.
Support sales team in lead-to-deal conversion. Requirements
Graduate / Diploma, 13 years in sales/sourcing (real estate preferred).
