Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar energy sector, focusing on solar inverters (string, hybrid, and BSS).
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and close orders efficiently.
Build long-term relationships with EPCs, developers, and installers.
Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Identify potential segments (residential, commercial, industrial, utility) for expansion.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers.
Collect customer feedback and communicate product improvements to the product team.
Participate in trade shows, expos, and promotional events (like REI, Intersolar, etc.).
Support digital and on-ground marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with the marketing team for product launches and promotional campaigns.
Maintain detailed records of leads, visits, and customer interactions in CRM.
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Graduate or MBA in Marketing / Business Management.
- Experience: 2-3 years in business development or sales, preferably in solar inverter, solar EPC, or renewable energy industry.
