Sales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, presenting project offerings, and negotiating deals. The individual will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to deliver an excellent customer experience and provide detailed insights about various residential and commercial projects to potential clients.

• Strong knowledge and skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
• Ability to perform Market Research, Customer Targeting, and Lead Generation
• Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Persuasion
• Experience or familiarity with the real estate industry, customer needs, and market trends is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work on-site at the Jaipur location with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
