CTC: 3.6 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

Ultrafresh Modular Solutions is looking for energetic and ambitious sales professionals who are keen to build a long-term career in sales. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about customer interaction, learning consultative selling, and growing in a structured retail sales environment.
- Attend assigned leads at the studio
- Understand customer requirements and explain Ultrafresh products and solutions
- Support senior sales team members in presentations, follow-ups, and closures
- Maintain proper lead tracking and updates in the CRM system
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth customer experience
- Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion from enquiry to booking
- Represent the Ultrafresh brand professionally at all customer touchpoints
- Freshers or candidates with 02 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn consultative and solution-based selling
- Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable working in a retail studio environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
- Structured sales training and on-the-job learning
