This is a full-time Sales Executive position based in Coimbatore with a hybrid work model, allowing partial work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include identifying and acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products. The role also involves conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and representing the brand at relevant events or meetings.
- Sales and Marketing skills, including experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Communication and Negotiation skills to effectively engage customers and close sales deals.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to execute growth-oriented sales plans.
- Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model, self-motivate, and manage tasks independently.
- Understanding of the food products or FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
