Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, your core responsibility will be to drive bookings for Tribes properties. Youll interact with prospective customers-students, parents, and professionals-understand their needs, provide tours, follow up on inquiries, and close leads to meet occupancy targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through walk-ins, calls, digital platforms, and offline channels.
- Conduct property tours and clearly communicate Tribes offerings and USPs.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Work closely with marketing and community teams to run campaigns and offers.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads using CRM tools and daily reporting.
- Handle documentation, agreement formalities, and pre-arrival coordination.
- Support in organizing open houses, tie-ups with colleges, and sales activations.
- Assist in driving monthly occupancy and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, real estate, or co-living.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-up discipline.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and lead tracking systems.
- Ability to work weekends or flexible hours during peak sales seasons.
