Role Description: We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Travel Sales Consultant / Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting travel inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will handle end-to-end sales for international holiday packages including Vietnam, Bali, Dubai, Singapore, Mauritius, Maldives, Europe, and other global destinations. This role requires strong destination knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert travel inquiries into confirmed tour package bookings
• Understand customer preferences, budgets, and travel requirements
• Design, customize, and sell international holiday packages
• Provide accurate information on itineraries, visas, hotels, flights, and inclusions
• Follow up with leads and close sales within defined timelines
• Coordinate with operations, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Handle payments, confirmations, and post-booking support
• Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, pricing, and competitor offerings

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of international travel destinations and tour packages
• Experience in itinerary planning and booking processes
• Proficiency in computers and CRM systems
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a travel agency or tour company is an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
