Role - Travel Sales Executive

Location- Banaglore


Responsibilties:-


1. Prospect for potential new clients and convert them in to customers.

2. Liaising with Corporate to ascertain their precise travel requirements; making presentations

3. Producing detailed quotations and proposals

4. Conduct market research, gather information and discuss quotations and proposals prior to closing any deals

5. Propose ideas to improve provided product and services

6. Ensure client collections are as per the agreed terms and conditions, cash flow management (as applicable)

7. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

8. Signing of MOUs / GFOs / SLAs for all projects

9. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

10. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

11. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customers need


Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience into MICE Sales

Good communication skills

Skill Required:-

  • Familiarity with drafting and reviewing event contracts.
  • Skilled in creating tailored client proposals.
  • Clear, persuasive verbal and written interaction.
  • Developing innovative event concepts and solutions.
  • Securing favorable outcomes while maintaining relationships
