Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new prospects, building strong client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals. Additional responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining records, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales goals. The individual will actively contribute to growing and maintaining the customer base for The Touring Team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management In Tour and Travel Industry.
- Strong skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Customer Engagement
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Software; ability to analyze sales data
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and demonstrate strategic thinking
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Passion for travel and knowledge of the travel and tourism industry
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
