Sales Executive

Salary range : 25,000-30,000 plus performance incentives

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our skin and hair clinic. The role involves interacting with potential patients, explaining treatment options, converting inquiries into bookings, and achieving sales targets for aesthetic and dermatology services.

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries from potential patients.
• Explain clinic services such as skin treatments, laser procedures, hair restoration, PRP therapy, and cosmetic procedures.
• Convert leads into consultations and treatment packages.
• Assist patients in selecting suitable treatment plans based on their concerns and doctor recommendations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to clinic revenue growth.
• Follow up with leads and existing patients to increase conversion and retention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM systems.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for scheduling appointments and treatment plans.
• Build strong relationships with patients and ensure a positive experience.
• Promote ongoing offers, packages, and membership plans.

• Number of consultations booked
• Lead-to-conversion ratio

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 13 years of experience insales, clinic counselling, healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industrypreferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
