Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Visit builders, architects, contractors, and site engineers to generate leads.
- Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with the estimation/office team for quotations.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets .
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat orders.
- Coordinate for order execution, delivery, and payment follow-ups .
- Track competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
- Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (construction / aluminium / building materials preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with local travel within Chennai or Coimbatore.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
