We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive who excels at lead handling, tele-sales, and client relationship nurturing. The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, persuasive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle tele-sales activities and engage effectively with potential clients
  • Manage lead generation and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build, manage, and nurture strong client relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track performance metrics



Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in Sales / Relationship Management
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Customer-focused mindset with long-term relationship-building ability
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented



Additional Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with CRM tools
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
