swirl.cx is an AI-powered, all-in-one restaurant management platform helping cafs, QSRs, cloud kitchens, and multi-brand restaurants manage operations through POS, QR ordering, inventory, CRM, analytics, and automation.

We are expanding across India and are looking for an energetic Sales Executive in Lucknow to drive restaurant onboardings and build strong local market presence.


Role Overview

As a Sales Executive at swirl.cx, you will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners, building relationships with restaurant owners and managers, conducting demos, and closing subscriptions.

This is a field + inside sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, understanding operations, and selling technology solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach restaurants, cafs, cloud kitchens, and QSR brands in Lucknow
  • Conduct in-person and online product demos of swirl.cx
  • Understand client operations and recommend suitable swirl solutions
  • Close deals and onboard restaurants onto the swirl platform
  • Build and maintain a strong local pipeline
  • Coordinate with onboarding and support teams for smooth go-lives
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and expansion goals
  • Represent swirl.cx professionally in the local F&B ecosystem
  • Maintain CRM updates and sales reports


Requirements
  • Experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with field visits, cold outreach, and negotiations
  • Basic understanding of restaurants, food businesses, or hospitality preferred
  • Smartphone + basic laptop skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional attitude
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Experience selling to restaurants, retailers, or small businesses
  • POS, SaaS, payment systems, or aggregator sales background
  • Local market knowledge of Lucknow F&B ecosystem
